Well, sorry for multiple posts… But, I am not sure that we can edit old posts.
Another fun thing, would be technologies/card granting access to new planets, or new starlinks.
Now pushing that idea further explore Sword of the Stars like diversity of space travel technologies : (but it would be a challenge to balance),
- Jumpgates : ships would normally take 2 turns to travel from one planet to another. But you can place jumpgates, allowing all ships to move instantly between any 2 jumpgates.
- Starlane creation : ships would normally take 2 turns to travel from one planet to another. But then they create a starline which is used normally.
Ah, there is so much potential ! I really hope that Galacollider will be successful enough that you’ll have the ressources to play with such weird concepts.
